I had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city, where I had easy access to transportation, supermarkets and other facilities. The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, always ready to help. The room was always impeccably clean and fresh, thanks to the excellent housekeeping, and the hotel facilities were comfortable and well-maintained.

Spent Christmas at this apartment and it was great! The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the necessary facilities we needed to make our stay comfortable, especially the fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect – close to the main street and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and offering suggestions for local restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel in Playa del Carmen. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the great location. Speaking of which, the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. They were attentive and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The rooms were well-maintained and had air conditioning, which was a blessing in the hot weather. Additionally, the breakfast included was a nice touch and provided a good start to the day.

All in all, everything was fine.
